Here are some hunting grounds for Young (and less young) Monks. Remember that monk is mainly an anti-humanoid guild, we have trouble dealing damages to non-humanoid. Also don't forget tha party is what makes the fun. A good and efficient combo is monk & blaster. Monks teams work fine too.

• Elysium (requires to fly)
